We are not a party to any employment agreement between candidates and employers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive.
